KG Nordic is engaged for one purpose: to give the client an independent technical position. We do not sell property, earn transaction commissions, or benefit from the appointment of a contractor or the selection of a particular technical solution. Our fee is agreed before work begins and is unaffected by what the client ultimately decides to do.

We act for the buyer or owner only, across the property’s lifecycle: from Property Inspection and Technical Due Diligence before acquisition, to Project Management during renovation or construction, and Project Governance above an existing project team. The scope is built around the decision the client needs to make, not around a predetermined checklist.

We report directly to the client and work alongside existing legal, financial and brokerage advisers without taking on their role. Our job is to turn technical findings into a clear position the client can act on: whether that means proceeding with confidence, renegotiating, demanding further answers, changing course, or walking away.
